Miriam’s Well exists for those moments.
This is not a place for shallow answers or recycled stories. It is a place to draw water from the deep.
Scripture as it was spoken, written, and lived. The ancient context. The Hebrew meanings. The cultural world behind the verses we memorized but were rarely invited to explore.
Here, we don’t rush past the “why.”
We linger with it.

Hey, I’m Josh Bruton. I’m the founder of Brutopia Design & Development and the creator of bruchant.net. For over 20 years, I’ve worked in web design, IT, network security, and game development. I’ve spent much of my life building systems, solving problems, and living deep in code. I still love that work.
But alongside it, I’ve always been a seeker and a student.
I’m also a father, and my faith matters deeply to how I live and how I lead. Modeling what Jesus taught isn’t something I want to keep theoretical. I want it to show up in how I love, how I listen, and how I walk through modern life.
As a thirty-something Christian, I’ve seen how easy it is for faith to grow stagnant, disconnected from both Scripture and the world we’re actually living in. Miriam’s Well was born out of a desire to reconnect those threads and help others find depth, relevance, and renewal without pressure or pretense.
